Processing takes 1-2 business days (and orders placed after 12pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
We are unable to edit orders once they have been placed. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@chitabeauty.com with your order number.
We ship to the continental U.S.. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take about 11-15 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Standard U.S. shipping via FedEx is 1-5 business days.
Priority shipping via USPS 1-2 business days.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
You can select priority shipping at checkout for domestic orders. Once you've placed your order, we are unable to expedite.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@chitabeauty.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.
If you have purchased a Chita Beauty product from a salon, spa, boutique, beauty supply store or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the store's own return/exchange policy. We apologize that we are unable to process returns for products not purchased online at chitabeauty.com.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
30 day Returns
Helping you achieve the best version of your hair is important to us. If you would like to return your purchase from chitabeauty.com, we accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
How it works:

- If approved, we’ll send you next steps.
- Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
- There’s no re-stocking fee, but shipping fees on your original order are nonrefundable.

Q- What do Chita Beauty products smell like?
A- Chita Beauty's intoxicating scent is a sophisticated take on 'Botanical Garden' with notes of black coconut, rosemary, sage, grapefruit, lemongrass, rosewater, argan oil and pacific musk.
Q- Does Chita Beauty offer samples?
A- Chita Beauty does not offer samples at this time, but we are working on it!
Q- Is Chita Beauty Gluten-Free or Vegan?
A- All our products are animal friendly. Our Weightless Leave-In Conditioner contains Wheat amino acids an effective, natural alternative to strengthen your hair.
Q- Does Chita Beauty test on animals?
A- Here at Chita Beauty we love animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we purchase from suppliers who are unable to prove that they are also cruelty-free.
Q- Is Chita Beauty color-safe?
A- Chita Beauty products are safe for chemically treated hair and even extend the life of your color.
Q- Does Chita Beauty products offer UV protection?
A- Our Jojoba Shine Mist, Marula Oil Treatment Mist, Keratin Heat Protectant Spray and Weightless Leave-In Conditioner have a UV protectant that shields hair and scalp from sun and environmental damage.
Q- Can Chita Beauty packaging be recycled?
A- Yes, all Chita Beauty packaging can be recycled.
Q- Is Chita Beauty sold in any stores?
A- We are currently being sold at Beaute Bar in Glendale CA. Please reach out to info@chitabeauty.com for salon/store locations!
