For all returns, you must first contact Chita Beauty at email@example.com.
1. Only items ordered/placed online through chitabeauty.com will qualify for a refund of any kind.
2. Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus shipping expense.
3. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 working days of invoice.
4. To apply for a refund you must send a photo of the defective/damaged item with a description of what happened to email@example.com
5. Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund.
6. All products must be in their original and respective packaging.
7. Note: At Chita Beauty, we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products, we ask that you please include an explanation within your email so we can ensure similar cases do not happen.
8. We will then promptly issue your refund once the products have been returned and reviewed.
